Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated September 21, 2026.
These terms cover Savit on the web and the iOS App Store (listed as Savit: From Noise to Insight). Operator: Jason Szesze. Questions: jason@follo.dev.
The service
Savit turns recordings, meetings, YouTube links, and web pages into transcripts, summaries, notes, and optional public share pages. The website also includes a private library where you sign in with your Savit account to read your own documents. You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the content you upload, record, or publish.
Subscriptions
Paid access is Monthly or Yearly Savit Pro. You can subscribe on iOS through Apple In-App Purchase, or on the web through Clerk Billing (Stripe processes the card). Either path unlocks the same Pro access.
iOS payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple, not by Savit directly. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the iOS app and In-App Purchases. If these Savit terms conflict with Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms control for App Store purchases.
Web card payment, invoices, and cancellation are handled by Clerk and Stripe. Manage or cancel a web plan from Account. Taxes, chargebacks, and card records follow Clerk’s and Stripe’s terms.
Accounts and deletion
You can delete individual documents in the app. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. That removes the sign-in account data Savit controls and the app data described in the Privacy Policy, including documents, notes, chats, and cloud recordings.
Deleting your Savit account does not cancel a subscription or trial. Manage an App Store plan in Apple Subscriptions (App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Manage a web card plan from Account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Savit to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt the service, or publish content you are not allowed to share. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
Public share links
If you publish a document, anyone with the link can view the content we serve for that page. Unpublish or delete the document to stop the public endpoint from serving it. You are responsible for what you make public.
Disclaimer
Transcripts, summaries, notes, and other generated text may contain errors or omissions. Savit is not legal, medical, or other professional advice. The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated content, or for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy and contact
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. For support, email jason@follo.dev.
